In January 2025, Harshvardhan and Satish founded Emacron AI Technologies with a straightforward observation: millions of Indian businesses were managing customers on personal WhatsApp numbers, missing messages, losing leads, and manually sending broadcasts one-by-one — because real WhatsApp Business API tools were either too expensive or too complex.
