You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
When we process a data deletion request, the following data is removed:

| Usage logs & analytics | Within 30 days (anonymised aggregates may be retained) |
| Billing records | Retained for 7 years as required by law |
| Backup copies | Purged within 30 days of primary deletion |
If you connected your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business account to OutreachAgent, Emacron AI Technologies supports Meta's data deletion callback mechanism.
When you remove the OutreachAgent app from your Facebook settings, Meta sends us a data deletion callback. Upon receiving this callback, we will:

Note: Deleting Meta platform data does not delete your entire OutreachAgent account. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please use the in-app deletion feature or contact our support team.
