Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, usage, and next billing date.
Click Change Plan to switch between Starter, Growth, and Scale plans. Changes take effect immediately — you'll be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI (India). Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods to update.
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed directly through your Meta Business account — not through EmacronAI CRM. You can add money to your Meta ad account at business.facebook.com.
Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices to download PDF invoices for any past payment.
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
