Understanding Email Deliverability and Inbox Placement

What is Email Deliverability?

Deliverability is the ability of your emails to reach the recipient's inbox (not spam). It's affected by your sender reputation, email content, and technical setup.

Key Technical Setup (Do These First)

1. SPF Record

Add a TXT record to your domain DNS:

v=spf1 include:_spf.emacronai.com ~all

2. DKIM

In Settings → Email Senders → Verify Domain, copy the CNAME records and add them to your DNS.

3. DMARC

v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@yourdomain.com

Warm Up Your Domain

New domains must be warmed up gradually. EmacronAI CRM's built-in warmup tool sends emails to a network of real inboxes to build your reputation.

Enable it at: Settings → Email Senders → Warmup

Avoid Spam Triggers

Avoid ALL CAPS subject lines

Don't use spam words: "FREE", "GUARANTEED", "ACT NOW"

Always include your physical address in the footer

Keep image-to-text ratio below 40% images
