Export your EmacronAI CRM contacts and leads directly to Google Sheets, or import a sheet of contacts into EmacronAI CRM. Uses Google OAuth2 — no API keys or service accounts required.

OAuth2: You connect with your Google account via a secure OAuth flow. EmacronAI CRM never sees your Google password.

Setup

    Connect your Google account

    Go to Settings → Google Sheets → click "Connect Google Account". You'll be redirected to Google to authorize EmacronAI CRM to access your Sheets.

    Select or create a spreadsheet

    After connecting, choose an existing Google Sheet or create a new one. EmacronAI CRM will write to the first sheet (tab) by default.

    Configure sync direction

    Choose Export (OA → Sheets), Import (Sheets → OA), or both. Set up a sync schedule or trigger manual syncs from the settings page.

Export includes: Name, Email, Phone, Company, Status, Tags, Created date. Import maps columns by header name.

Troubleshooting

"Permission denied" on the spreadsheet

Make sure the Google account you connected is the owner of the spreadsheet, or has Editor access.

Google account disconnected after some time

Google OAuth tokens expire if unused for 6 months. Reconnect by clicking "Connect Google Account" again in Settings → Google Sheets.

Import fails with "column not found"

EmacronAI CRM maps columns by header name. Make sure row 1 of your sheet has headers: Name, Email, Phone (minimum required).
