Native

Sync contacts and deals bi-directionally between EmacronAI CRM and HubSpot CRM. Contacts created in EmacronAI CRM appear in HubSpot automatically and vice versa.

Native integration: Uses HubSpot Private Apps API — no Zapier needed. Your HubSpot token is stored encrypted in our database.

Prerequisites

  • 1A HubSpot account (any plan — free works)
  • 2EmacronAI CRM workspace with admin or owner role

Step-by-step setup

  1. 1

    Create a HubSpot Private App

    In HubSpot → Settings (gear icon) → Integrations → Private Apps → Create a private app. Give it a name like "EmacronAI CRM".

    Set required scopes

    In the Scopes tab, enable the following scopes:

    crm.objects.contacts.read
crm.objects.contacts.write
crm.objects.deals.read
crm.objects.deals.write
crm.objects.products.read
crm.objects.products.write

    Generate and copy your token

    Click "Create app" → copy the Access Token shown. This is your API key — treat it like a password.

    Connect in EmacronAI CRM

    Go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → paste your Access Token → click Connect → then Sync Now to import existing contacts.

Troubleshooting

"403 Forbidden" error

Your private app is missing required scopes. Re-open the app in HubSpot → Scopes tab → ensure all 6 scopes are enabled: crm.objects.contacts.read/write, crm.objects.deals.read/write, crm.objects.products.read/write.

Contacts not syncing

Only contacts with an email address sync. Contacts with only a phone number are not yet supported by HubSpot's Contacts API.

Duplicate contacts in HubSpot

HubSpot deduplicates on email. If you have contacts with different emails for the same person, merge them in HubSpot.
