Segment

Native

Connect EmacronAI CRM to Segment and automatically distribute your CRM events to 400+ analytics and marketing tools — Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Intercom, Customer.io, and more — all from a single connection.

Highest ROI integration: Connect Segment once and you effectively connect to every analytics tool simultaneously. No need to add GA4, Mixpanel, and Amplitude separately.

Why use Segment?

🔌

One connection = 400+ tools

Add GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Intercom — all from one Segment workspace, no extra API keys.

🔒

Data warehouse ready

Segment can forward all events to BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift for custom analytics.

Troubleshooting

Test event not appearing in Segment debugger

Check the Write Key is correct. Segment write keys are case-sensitive. Also check that the source is not paused in Segment → Sources → your source → Settings.

Events appearing in Segment but not in GA4/Mixpanel

You need to add GA4/Mixpanel as a Destination inside Segment. Go to Segment → Destinations → Add Destination.

How do I see which events fired?

Segment → Sources → your source → Event Debugger shows all events in real time with their properties.
