Zapier & Make

Native

EmacronAI CRM has a built-in outbound webhook system that is fully compatible with Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), n8n, and any service that accepts HTTP POST requests. Connect to 5,000+ apps without writing a single line of code.

Outbound only: EmacronAI CRM sends events out to Zapier/Make when things happen (lead created, deal won, etc.). Inbound triggers (Zapier → OA) use the REST API — see API docs.

When an event occurs in EmacronAI CRM (e.g. a deal is won), it sends a JSON POST to your Zapier/Make webhook URL. Zapier/Make receives this and triggers whatever action you configured — add a row to Sheets, send a Slack message, create a Notion page, etc.

Zapier setup

Create a Zap
In Zapier → Create Zap → Trigger → search "Webhooks by Zapier" → Event: "Catch Hook" → click Continue.

Copy the webhook URL
Zapier will show you a unique webhook URL. Copy it — it looks like: https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/123456/abcdef/

Register in EmacronAI CRM
Settings → Webhooks → Add Endpoint → paste the Zapier URL → select the events you want (e.g. deal.won) → Save.

Test the trigger
In Zapier click "Test trigger" — then trigger the event in EmacronAI CRM (e.g. manually mark a deal as Won). Zapier will show the received payload.

Configure your action
Now set up the Zapier action — "Add row to Google Sheets", "Send Slack message", "Create Notion page" etc. Map fields from the EmacronAI CRM payload.

Make (Integromat) setup

Create a scenario
In Make → Create a new scenario → Add first module → search "Webhooks" → select "Custom webhook".

Copy the webhook URL
Click "Add" → name it "EmacronAI CRM" → click Save. Make will show a webhook URL. Copy it.

Register in EmacronAI CRM
Settings → Webhooks → Add Endpoint → paste the Make URL → select events → Save. Then send a test payload.
Open Webhooks settings →

Determine data structure
Back in Make → click "Re-determine data structure". Trigger the event in EmacronAI CRM. Make will capture the payload and auto-map all fields.

Add your action modules
Add the next module in Make — Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, etc. Map the fields from the EmacronAI CRM payload.
