What Can You Do with Zapier + EmacronAI CRM?

  • Add new contacts from Google Forms, Typeform, or any other tool
  • Create deals when a payment is received in Razorpay or Stripe
  • Send WhatsApp messages when a Shopify order is placed
  • Log calls from JustCall into your CRM

    • Step 1 — Get Your API Key

    Go to Settings → API Keys → Generate New Key.


    Step 2 — Find EmacronAI CRM on Zapier

    Go to zapier.com, search for EmacronAI CRM, and click Connect.


    Step 3 — Authenticate

    Paste your API key when prompted.


    Step 4 — Create a Zap

  • Choose a Trigger (e.g., "New row in Google Sheets")
  • Choose an Action (e.g., "Create Contact in EmacronAI CRM")
  • Map the fields
  • Test and publish

    • Available Triggers & Actions

  • Triggers: New contact created, deal stage changed, form submitted
  • Actions: Create/update contact, create deal, send WhatsApp message, add tag

    • Alternative: Native Webhooks

    If you prefer webhooks over Zapier, go to Settings → Webhooks and add your endpoint URL.
