Send EmacronAI CRM CRM and communication events directly to Mixpanel for product analytics — track lead funnels, deal conversion rates, campaign performance, and OTP success rates.

Tip: If you also want GA4, Amplitude, or Intercom, consider connecting Segment instead — one Segment connection distributes to all of them.

Setup

    Get your Mixpanel project token

    In Mixpanel → Settings (top right) → Project Settings → copy the Project Token. This is NOT the API Secret — it's the shorter token used for event ingestion.

    Connect in EmacronAI CRM

    Settings → Integrations → Mixpanel → paste your Project Token → click Connect → click "Send test event".

    Verify in Mixpanel Live View

    In Mixpanel → Activity Feed (or Events) — you should see an "Integration Test" event appear within 30 seconds of clicking "Send test event".

Troubleshooting

Events not appearing in Mixpanel

Make sure you copied the Project Token, not the API Secret. The token is shorter (~22 chars). Check Mixpanel → Settings → Project Settings.

Test event appeared but real events are not showing

Real events fire asynchronously — they may take up to 60 seconds to appear in Mixpanel's Activity Feed. Check the Live Events view, not the dashboard (which has a 24h delay).
