Prerequisites
A Google account (personal or Google Workspace)An active EmacronAI CRM accountStep 1 — Go to Email Settings
Open Settings → Email Senders in your EmacronAI CRM dashboard.
Step 2 — Click "Add Gmail Account"
Click the + Connect Gmail button. A Google OAuth consent screen will open.
Step 3 — Authorize EmacronAI CRM
Select your Google account and click Allow. EmacronAI CRM requests only the permissions needed to send emails on your behalf.
Step 4 — Send a Test Email
After authorization, click Send test email to verify the connection. Check your inbox for a test message from EmacronAI CRM.
Troubleshooting
"Access blocked" — Your Google Workspace admin may have restricted third-party app access. Ask your admin to allowlist EmacronAI CRM in the Google Admin Console."Too many requests" — Gmail free accounts have a 500 emails/day limit. Upgrade to Google Workspace for higher limits or use our SMTP relay.Next Steps
